How does the program work?
The program combines personalized coaching, mindset shifts, subconscious reprogramming and transformational techniques to help you rebel against society's programming and generational conditioning. By integrating these skills you'll be able to unlock your fullest potential, feel connected and confident every day, pull your desires to you with ease and grace, and come to know and love yourself and your God more fully than you can imagine.
What’s the investment for this program?
The investment varies depending on the level of support you choose. The Rise Up program is a great fit if you want strictly group coaching and to go at your own pace. It is a 6 month commitment & a four figure investment. If you want a more VIP experience, customized with private and group coaching, a deeper dive into Feminine energy and co-creation, the Ascend program will be better for you. Ascend is a 12 month program and a 5 figure investment. For more detailed information, please reach out directly, and we’ll find the best fit for you. Private mentoring is offered to a limited number of clients and is by application only.
How much time do I need to commit to the program?
The program is designed to fit into your busy life. On average, you’ll need about 60-90 mins per week for exercises and coaching sessions, plus some time to integrate the concepts into your daily routine.

How long does the program last?
The Rise Up program is 6 months and the Ascend program is 12 months. However, the impact of the transformations will extend far beyond the lengths of these programs. You'll have the education you need to rinse and repeat the creation process for every area of your life, for the rest of your life. You’ll have access to the modules and community for the length of the program you're in.
What if I miss a coaching call or session?
If you miss a session, don’t worry! All calls are recorded, and you’ll be able to watch the replay at your convenience. And you'll have unlimited access to the modules and calls during the length of the program.
